Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the voucher provided by Karma Group for a free stay at one of our resorts. By redeeming the voucher, you agree to abide by these Terms.

• Validity:

• • • The voucher is valid for only one married or cohabiting couple.
    • The voucher is applicable for a stay at one of our Karma Group resorts or Partner Properties. Please refer to our website for an updated list of participating resorts.

• Reservation and Deposit:

• • • To secure your reservation and guarantee your room, a refundable commitment deposit of $100 is required.
    • This deposit is 100% redeemable towards Food and Beverages during your stay at the resort.
    • Alternatively you can provide us with confirmed flight tickets (within in 48hrs, as unconfirmed space can be held only for that window time) to book.

• Accommodation Details:

• • • Children below the age of 6 stay for free; additional charges apply for older children based on room upgrades.
    • The standard accommodation is a studio/ hotel room with a maximum occupancy of 2 adults.
    • Room upgrades are available: $50 for a 1-bedroom upgrade, $100 for a 2-bedroom upgrade, or $150 if two studio/ hotel rooms are required.
    • Accommodation is subject to availability, especially during peak dates.

• Voucher Validity:

• • • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
    • Extension of the validity period for 6 months is possible with an additional charge of $100.

• Check-in and Availability:

• • • Check-in days may be applicable; please check the resort page for details.
    • Accommodation is subject to availability, peak dates are not included in the voucher. 

• Offer Inclusions:

• • • This voucher is for accommodation only; it does not include travel, insurance, or meals.
    • Under certain circumstances, the resort reserves the right to provide alternative accommodation of equal or greater standard. 

• Restrictions:

• • The voucher cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • It is not redeemable for cash.
  • The voucher is non-transferable.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• • If dates are confirmed and a request for cancellation is made, the deposit will be refunded back.
  • If notified 21 days prior to check-in, a one-time reschedule can be offered within the voucher expiration.
