Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the voucher provided by Karma Group for a free stay at one of our resorts. By redeeming the voucher, you agree to abide by these Terms.

• Validity:

• • • The voucher is valid for only one married or cohabiting couple.
    • The voucher is applicable for a stay at one of our Karma Group resorts or Partner Properties. Please refer to our website for an updated list of participating resorts.
    • This Free stay Voucher can be redeemed on a Room only basis and cannot be merged with any other Promotional discounted holidays of Karma or its associated marketing agents .

• Reservation and Deposit:

• • • To secure your reservation and guarantee your room, a refundable commitment deposit of U$100  is required.
    • This deposit can be redeemed back in the form of Breakfast/Airport pick up in the participating Resort/Hotel.

• Accommodation Details:

• • • Children below the age of 6 stay for free; additional charges apply for older children based on room upgrades.
    • The standard accommodation is a studio/ hotel room with a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child below the age of 6 years.
    • Accommodation is subject to availability, especially during peak dates, black-out dates are applicable on Christmas and New Years.

• Voucher Validity:

• • • You must book within 12 months and complete your stay within 24 months from the voucher issue date.
    • Extension of the validity period is possible with an additional charge.

• Offer Inclusions:

• • • This voucher is for accommodation only; it does not include travel, insurance, or meals.
    • Under certain circumstances, the resort reserves the right to provide alternative accommodation of equal or greater standard. 

• Restrictions:

• • The voucher cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • It is not redeemable for cash.
  • The voucher is non-transferable.
  • This voucher is non - redeemable at the destination where it was originally received.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• • If dates are confirmed and a request for cancellation is made, the deposit will  not be refunded back.
  • If notified 30 days prior to check-in, a one-time reschedule can be offered within the voucher expiration.
  • If notified less than 30 days prior to check-in, a last minute reschedule fee of U$100  will be charged.
